Questionnaires

Questionnaires are a versatile school self-evaluation tool. They allow information on the work of the school to be collected from a range of people including teachers, students, parents and the board of management.

You may wish to issue your questionnaires in an online format. You will find useful supports here from the PDST – Technology in Education to support you in creating online questionnaires. This includes support on using Google Forms and Microsoft Forms.
