The Data Protection, FOI and Records Management section takes the lead on supporting the department to be compliant with data and information regulations (including FOI, Records Management, GDPR and the Data Protection Acts).
What we do
- provide an administrative and coordinating service in relation to FOI and Records Management issues.
- provide support to Business Units within the department on compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
