School Governance Section supports the effective governance, management and operation of schools.
What we do
- we provide guidance, information and direction to schools and Education and Training Boards (ETBs) on governance and policy issues that impact on the day-to-day management of schools
- we provide information to parents on school governance policies
- we liaise and consult, as appropriate, with education partners on governance and policy issues that impact on the day-to-day management of schools and ETBs.
