Forty-first Amendment of the Constitution (Agreement on a Unified Patent Court) Bill 2024

The purpose of this Bill is to allow the State by way of a constitutional referendum to ratify the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court done at Brussels on 19 February 2013.

The referendum will take place in June alongside the European and local elections.
