Ciara Bartley has responsibility at Principal Officer level for the Digital Economy Policy and Data Access Unit. The Unit has policy responsibility for implementation of the Enterprise Pillar of the National Digital Strategy, representing Ireland’s interests in EU digital enterprise policy, data centres policy and implementation of the EU Data Act.
