Fiona O’Dea is a Principal Officer in the Company Law Review Unit. The Unit primarily deals with the development of domestic and EU company law policy in the areas of corporate insolvency and financial securities. It also provides the secretariat to the Company Law Review Group, a statutory advisory body to the Minister.
