Yvonne White

Yvonne White is the Assistant Secretary General who has been assigned responsibility for the Workplace Regulation and Economic Migration Division to promote quality employment, positive workplace relations, well-functioning dispute resolution mechanisms, robust enforcement of employment rights, a safe working environment and to assist Ireland’s enterprise base to access talent from overseas, through a responsive and robust economic migration policy aligned with the needs of the economy.

Yvonne’s background is in organisational change, policy development, governance and diplomacy, with her focus always being on serving the public well. She has been an active member of the Management Team in a number of Government Departments and State Agencies. Prior to February 2025 she served as Chief Operating Officer at the Department of Transport.”
