Co-Operative Societies: Public Consultation on the operation and implementation of the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts 1893 - 2014

The objective of this consultation is to contribute to the review to consolidate and modernise the existing Industrial and Provident legislation to ensure that there is an effective legislative framework for using the co-operative model in Ireland.
