Construction Contracts Act 2013 - Adjudicator Statistical Data Return Form

Paragraphs 12, 30 and 39 of the Code of Practice Governing the Conduct of Adjudications requires Adjudicators to provide information to the Construction Contracts Adjudication Service for the purpose of compiling statistical data. This form should be completed by an Adjudicator within 21 days of the completion of each adjudication case, regardless of whether the Adjudicator is appointed to a payment dispute under section 6(3) or 6(4) of the Act. The Construction Contracts Adjudication Service is subject to the Freedom of Information Act, 2014.
