A revised Code of Practice on the Conduct of Adjudications published in accordance with section 9 of the Construction Contracts Act, 2013.
The Code of Practice is binding on all Adjudicators operating under the Act regardless of whether the Adjudicator is appointed to a payment dispute under section 6(3) or 6(4) of the Act.
