COVID-19 and the insolvency-related functions of the ODCE

Statement issued by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) dealing with the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on its insolvency-related functions.

The statement is useful for directors of companies that have become, or are at risk of becoming, insolvent as a result of the pandemic and may have concerns regarding the operation of certain company law provisions.
