The Directive on Services in the Internal Market is potentially one of the most important and wide ranging economic reform proposals for Europe in recent years. This submission is an update of the previous report by Forfás, which is an input to the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) of the Directive being undertaken by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation.
