The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is a State body under the aegis of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment and is subject to the terms of the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies. The department has carried out a periodic critical review of the CCPC in accordance with the code.
