The Review of Labour Market Programmes focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of FÁS and Skillnets programmes in 2007/2008, in light of Ireland's current and future labour market policy challenges. This review makes several recommendations which will be an important input to ensuring that our labour market programmes will better deliver on labour market objectives and achieve improved outcomes for clients.
