SI No 711 of 2021 Regulations 2021

The purpose of these Regulations is to transpose the provisions of Commission Directive (EU) 2020/1833 (insofar as that Directive relates to the transport of dangerous goods by road) giving effect to the changes to the ADR agreement that came into force on 1 January 2021.
