Charles has been assigned responsibility at Principal Officer/Counsellor level for the overall implementation of the Asia-Pacific Regional Strategy (Global Ireland: Delivering in the Asia Pacific Region to 2025) and for the development / management of relations with South Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
