Responsibility at Principal level for leading the Human resources function in developing and implementing the HR Strategy (Workforce Planning & Organisational Structure, Learning & Development, People Management, Leadership and Engagement) and providing HR support services to the organisation. Line management responsibility for the Disability Liaison Officer (DLO) for the Department, in accordance with Section 26 of the Disability Act 2005.
