Introduction
The Economic Division publishes a number of publications and papers on issues that impact on our economy. The most significant publications are provided below.
Publications
The Division produces a number of publications that set out the state of the economy both sectorally and in general.
Research Working Papers
Working papers explore and analyse macroeconomic, microeconomic and fiscal issues to help inform policy formation.
Joint Papers
Economists collaborate with experts in other government departments, external organisations and academia and produce joint work.
ESRI – Department of Finance Joint Research Programme
The joint research programme between the Department of Finance, the Revenue Commissioners and the ESRI on The Macroeconomy, Taxation and Banking began in January 2015 with the objective of undertaking research on a range of macroeconomic and taxation issues in Ireland.
