The Human Resources Division is responsible for the development and delivery of the Department of Finance's HR strategy.
It is also responsible for the provision of a wide range of HR services to management and staff.
The Department's HR strategy is focused on five key elements:
- organisational structure
- workforce and succession planning
- organisational learning and development
- performance management
- employee engagement initiatives
