Requirements:
Records of all meetings attended by the Permanent Representative to the EU or the Deputy Permanent Representative between 1 September 2016 and 31 December 2016 with external, non-diplomatic bodies (i.e. companies, trade associations, lobbyists, etc). It would not include internal meetings with Irish governmental colleagues, with other diplomats or individuals from other European Union institutions including MEPs.
In the first instance, the request would be satisfied with excerpts from the individual's diaries, provided such diaries were used to record all such activity.
