The Commission of Investigation (Certain matters relative to a disability service in the South East and related matters) was established on 21 March 2017.
The Farrelly Commission Terms of Reference can be viewed here.
Part II a) (i) of the terms of reference require that the Commission complete an interim report on the first phase no later than 6 months from the date of the commencement of its work on this phase. This interim report is a report to the Minister for Health on the overall progress of the Commission’s work to date.
