Appointment to the Health and Social Care Professionals Council - 5 January 2024

On the nomination of the Psychologist’s Registration Board, the Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has appointed the following person as a member of the Health and Social Care Professionals Council (CORU) with effect from 20 December 2023 until 20 July 2025.

Dr Ladislav Timulak, PhD is Professor in Counselling Psychology at Trinity College Dublin. He is involved in the training of mental health professionals in Ireland and internationally. His main research interest is the development of transdiagnostic treatments for depression, anxiety, and related disorders. Ladislav is also researching the use of mental health interventions delivered online.
