Procurement procedures
The Department of Health endeavours to carry out procurement and procurement activities in a manner consistent with EU and National procurement law, whilst adhering to official government policy and guidelines including procurement best practice.
The department is currently updating its procurement policy and expects to publish a revised policy shortly.
