Dr Gabriel Scally’s Scoping Inquiry into CervicalCheck

The Minister for Health, Simon Harris TD, has published the final report of the scoping inquiry into the CervicalCheck Screening Programme, which was conducted by Dr Gabriel Scally, following a Government decision earlier today. The Minister welcomes the Report and following today’s Government decision is committed to implementing the 50 recommendations.
Scoping Inquiry into CervicalCheck
On the 8th May 2018, the Cabinet agreed to establish a Scoping Inquiry into the issues which had recently come to light in relation to the CervicalCheck screening programme.
