General Scheme Health (Amendment) Bill – HSE Board Bill

This Act may be cited as the Health (Amendment) Act 2018. The Health Acts 1947 to 2015 and this Act may be cited as the Health Acts 1947 to 2018 and shall be construed together as one Act. This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the minister may appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or provisions.

General Scheme Health (Amendment) Bill – HSE Board Bill
Under the Act, health and personal social services‖ is defined to mean services that immediately before the establishment day for the HSE were provided under the Acts referred to in Schedule 1 of the Act by the Eastern Regional Health Authority, the health boards and some other dissolved bodies.
