Section 4 (b) of S.I. No. 96 of 2017 – Commission of Investigation (Certain matters relative to a disability service in the South East and related matters) Order 2017 – authorises the Minister for Health to set the Commission’s terms of reference.

The terms of reference set by the Minister, and approved by the government, were laid before the Oireachtas on 29 March 2017.
