Principal Officer, Elective Hospitals Policy

Responsibility at Principal Officer level to derive the underlying policy and implement a national strategy of elective ambulatory care in Cork, Galway and Dublin working with the HSE and key stakeholders.

Responsibility to lead the Sláintecare Programme Office responsible for supporting the SC Programme Board and SC Programme/Project leads in driving the delivery of the vision outlined in the Sláintecare Report and Action Plan. This includes the development of a strategic and programmatic approach to the implementation and sequencing of reforms and working with Programme/Project leads to develop detailed action plans and deliverables, for each area of reform.

Responsibility for managing the multi-annual Sláintecare Integration Innovation Funds working with Pobal and the HSE.
