Responsible for managing the Finance unit within the Department including monitoring financial performance across the health service including leading the Budget and Estimates process for the Health Vote; budgetary management and performance of HSE of Primary Care Reimbursement Service, Pensions and other demand led schemes; provision of technical accounting expertise in relation to accounting matters.
