Principal Officer, Industrial Relations

Responsible for oversight and monitoring of public health service recruitment controls in line with the HSE’s annual Pay and Numbers Strategy; control and sanction of senior appointments, and implementation of Government policies on employment terms and conditions in the public health service and in agencies under the aegis of the Department of Health; managing industrial relations; implementation of Public Services Agreements as they relate to the health service; development and negotiation of agreements on employment terms and conditions for employees in the health service.
