Responsibility for ensuring the financial sustainability of residential care; to monitor the operation of NHSS and implement reforms; to review HIQA residential care inspection reports; to oversee performance and policy in relation to HSE community beds; to strategically plan and support the capital requirements of future nursing home beds.
