Principal Officer, Press and Communications

Responsibility for: Press and media relations; Development and delivery of internal and external communications strategy to support the delivery of the Department's work programme; Carry out periodic media analytics and research studies to support the implementation of the communications plan employing best practice; Facilitate the Department in the provision of internal communications channel; Development and implementation of marketing and behaviour change campaigns in support of the Department’s objectives; Liaison with Heads of Communication in relevant Government Departments and state bodies for which the Department is responsible and the development and delivery of the Department's web social media strategies.
