Responsibility for progressing the implementation of HSE Health Regions and advancing the use of a population health approach, in line with the Sláintecare Report's stated aims. This includes delivering the HSE Region Implementation Plan and a population-based resource allocation model, and inputting into frameworks for workforce planning and strategic healthcare infrastructure planning.
