Principal Officer, Strategic HR

Supporting the delivery of the Department’s obligations under the Workforce, Workplace and Organisation of the Future pillar of the Civil Service Renewal 2024 & 2030, the role has responsibility at Principal officer level for managing the Strategic HR Unit and leading on all internal DoH strategic and operational HR activities including Learning & Development and Organizational Development.
