Responsibility at Principal level for performance improvement and oversight of the HSE in relation to unscheduled care in Acute Hospitals including Emergency Department performance; development, implementation, oversight and review of initiatives to improve access to Emergency Departments including winter preparedness initiatives; ED Taskforce Implementation Group; and liaison with the Special Delivery Unit.
