Principal Officer, Workforce Reform

Responsibility for the development of policy relating to reforms in the health and social care workforce. This includes workforce reforms across the health workforce to define teams and skill mix required to support the delivery of care. Develop the policy to designate appropriately trained physiotherapists as referrers for radiological procedures. Develop Policy on Advanced Practice in Health and Social Care Professionals for relevant roles and based on patient need across the health service.
