Danny O'Sullivan

Danny O'Sullivan has responsibility at Head of Business Unit level for the performance, effectiveness and resourcing of the Planning system. This involves the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators at local and national level as well as producing an annual report on the performance of the system which includes the OPR and ABP. The unit will also have responsibility for ePlanning and the implementation of a digital planning platform for real-time data reporting. Coordinating research, including international research, into innovative planning practices. The Unit also has responsibility for the implementation of the Ministerial Action Plan on Planning Resources. Coordinator for Divisional Estimates requirements as well as Legal Cases that relate to the Planning Division. Policy responsibility for certain areas such as Planning Fees Review, Short Term Letting, Planning Resourcing, LRD reporting and the Development Contribution Waiver Scheme
