Roger Harrington

Roger Harrington has responsibility at Head of Business Unit level for the policy and operations of the Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF). CALF is a funding mechanism, which assists the approved housing body sector in Ireland to build, acquire and make available housing units for social housing use.

Responsibility also for working with the Housing Agency in the context of the acquisitions fund (HAAF) to support both Housing First and the Cost Rental Tenant in Situ scheme.
