Siobhán Nic Thighearnain

Siobhán Nic Thighearnáin has responsibility as Programme Manager to the Minister to support the Minister, the Secretary General and the Management Board in ensuring effective Ministerial and Departmental engagement generally. The key functions are to:

• Assist and enable engagement between the Minister, Secretary General and the Management Board;

• Monitor implementation and support the effective management of Government business; Support the effective management of Oireachtas business; and

• Manage the teams in the Minister’s Office, Office(s) of the Minister(s) of State; and Office of the Secretary General
