Circular EUIPR 02/2022 - Planning and Development Act 2000 (Exempted Development)(Number 2) Regulations 2022

These new Regulations temporarily amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, as amended (‘the Principal Regulations’) to exempt the temporary change of use of specified building types for use as vaccination and testing centres by the HSE from the requirement to obtain planning permission.
