The Dwellings Damaged by the Use of Defective Concrete Blocks in Construction (Remediation) (Financial Assistance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 have been signed into law with immediate effect (S.I. No. 85 of 2022). These regulations provide for three significant improvements to the Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme.
