Circular letter reference PGO 01/2023 (available to view below) issued on 3rd April 2023, sets out advice and provides an update on the following:
- advises of the commencement on 1 January 2023 of Part 9 of the Land Development Agency Act 2021, which provides for the introduction of an affordability requirement for residential developments on relevant public land and information on the application of this affordability requirement
- details the right of first refusal of the Land Development Agency (LDA) in relation to the disposal of relevant public land provided for under Part 7 of the Land Development Agency Act 2021.
