Corporate Governance Framework

This document has been drafted in accordance with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform’s ‘Corporate Governance Standard for the Civil Service’, which details the core principles to which Departments and bodies under their aegis adhere.

The implementation of the Standard across the Civil Service presents an opportunity to formally define current arrangements and seek to strengthen governance across departments, and is being undertaken as an important part of the wider task of Civil Service Renewal.
