Housing Affordability, Inclusion and Homelessness Division

This Division is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of commitments in the Programme for Government, in respect of:

• home ownership measures and affordability
• tackling homelessness
• non-delivery housing funding schemes
• traveller accommodation and other social inclusion measures
• advancing related objectives under the National Development Plan (NDP) and Project Ireland 2040

It will also have responsibility for the oversight of the department’s Strategic Policy Unit.
