Domestic Violence Refuge Accommodation - Project Brief Design Guidelines 2024

The purpose of these guidelines is to assist in the appraisal of stage funding approval submissions to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage by Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies for capital works in the delivery of purpose built Domestic Violence Refuges.

This accommodation type has design brief requirements specific to the vulnerability of the occupants who are victims of violence, with or without children, and who are at risk of homelessness. The Project Brief
