Proposed awareness campaign within Baldoyle Bay SPA, Malahide Estuary SPA, North Bull Island SPA, Rogerstown Estuary SPA, South Dublin Bay and River Tolka Estuary SPA, and North West Irish Sea SPA with the aim of reducing or eliminating disturbance caused by the presence of domestic dogs on wintering waterfowl and ground nesting birds.
