Relevant Body - Regulation of Lobbying Act

The National Directorate for Fire and Emergency Management Board is a "relevant body" as defined under the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015. It complies with the provisions under the associated Transparency Code and is therefore exempted from the requirement to register and report on lobbying activities.

The Board are required to regularly appraise the Minister on progress and emerging issues, with the Minister bringing matters to Government as necessary.
