The Rebuilding Ireland Home Loan (RIHL) Scheme was introduced on 1 February 2018. It replaced both the House Purchase Loan and Home Choice Loan schemes. As of 4 January 2022, the RIHL has been replaced by the Local Authority Home Loan Scheme.
