The latest Construction Status Report outlines the ongoing delivery of social housing across the country.

The latest Construction Status Report shows that 8,776 social homes are currently onsite with an additional 11,551 homes at design and tender stage. In Quarter 1 2022, 109 new construction schemes, (1,733 homes) were added to the pipeline.
