Social Housing Construction Projects Status Report Q2 2023
The Q2 2023 Construction Status Report shows that 9,161 social homes were on site at the end of Quarter 2 2023, with an additional 13,451 homes at design and tender stage. In Quarter 2 2023, 138 new construction schemes, (2,389 homes) were added to the pipeline. In total the Construction Status Report provides details on 34,719 new build social homes across 2,098 schemes.
