Andrew is a Principal Officer in the area of Strategic Migration Policy. He holds responsibility for developing a cross-Government national strategic migration policy, as well as for domestic immigration schemes including policy on family reunification, students, labour migration and citizenship and negotiation of EU legislation in those areas.
